Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for returns unless otherwise stated. Please check individual product pages for return eligibility.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact our customer care team via email or the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original one. This ensures the item you want won’t sell out while the return is being processed.
